However, whatever the job, we guarantee the following:

• To arrive at the arranged time (or keep you informed of any delays).
• To treat the customer's property with respect, leaving it in as clean and tidy a state as possible.
• To provide the customer with all replaced or removed parts.
• Upon request, we will inspect the customer's plumbing services free of charge, and provide recommendations for improvements, safety measures and maintenance.
• To charge honest prices and only for the work which needs to be carried out.
• To explain what the problem is and how we intend to fix it.

All of our work is fully insured and all our plumbers are members of the Institute of Plumbing.
