If you are short of time and need us to arrange the work around you, then choose our Gold Service. If we are more than 5 minutes late for an appointment then we will forfeit the Gold Service premium.
We don't know how long jobs are going to take, so it is sometimes difficult to say exactly when we will arrive. However, we will always keep you informed if our schedule changes. If we promise to come, then we will make sure we do so.
For no additional fee, we will survey your plumbing and provide you with a list of ideas to improve your system. We can also add your fixtures and fittings to our customer database so next time you call us out, we can help you more quickly.
If you are thinking of having some plumbing done, we will visit your home for a consultation and send you a detailed written report. Should you choose us to do the work, we will refund the consultation fee.
Some standard jobs may take more than one visit, including Taps and Showers and Washing Machines
If you need to find a reliable plumber in another area, then first ask friends and neighbours for recommendations. Otherwise, try looking on the website for the Institute of Plumbers. Here you can enter your postcode to find members bound by the Institute's code of professional standards. If they prove to be untrustworthy, you can report them to the Institute.
